Cancellation Policy

Once you register for an event, the registration fees are non-refundable, and the ticket is not transferable or exchangeable. Please ensure you choose the event carefully and that the participant is available at the date and time of the booking, as a change of circumstances is not a reason for a refund. If you cannot make it due to an emergency, contact me directly ASAP. Refunds will not be available. You can use your credit for up to 12 months.In the rare event, I have an emergency and need to cancel, you can choose to rebook or receive a refund. The time for your refund will depend on bank processing times. Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time. If we cancel an event, we will refund you the registration fee you paid to us for the event. Changes: We reserve the right to change a workshop's time to ensure we meet the minimum number of participants required (2 participants minimum 5 maximum). We will inform you about the time change within 3 to 5 days of the workshop. If you cannot attend the rescheduled workshop, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the notice, and we will inform you of the next steps. Provision Of Services: Antonella's events (including workshops) aim to assist in developing skills, developing education about a particular subject, or developing strategies to manage a particular situation. They are educational in nature and not a health service. Events are delivered only by Antonella, a trained and accredited facilitator. One on One Coaching Antonella’s coaching style is suited for those who want to create change in their life by taking accountability and responsibility for their behaviour and actions. If you are seeking to be a passive player in your life this style of coaching is not suitable. You must hold an attitude of applying what you learn and learning from doing. My style is not one where you continue to come back countless of times but rather short intervals when you need the most support. The workshop you are attending is designed only to have a maximum of 5 women/teenagers in each workshop, so everyone receives personalised attention. I receive countless bookings for these intimate classes, so you must turn up. Workshops are not guaranteed to fix an issue: Psychological presentations are complex and may require consistent and coordinated intervention. Events will be for females only. The ESD workshop may not be suitable for everyone. Antonella is trauma-informed.
